Delcor Power Products provides transformers with your requirements in mind. Our first obligation is to see what transformer works for your application, not what most conveniently fits into a standard product line or production protocol. "Standard Production" is the exception, not the rule for Delcor design transformers. Delcor can supply new liquid filled transformers up to and including 10,000 KVA with voltages to 69,000 Delta in station class and up to 38,000 Delta in a pad mount transformer design.

 

 

 

Dry transformers with high current applications are no problem for Delcor Power Products. Shown is a small design transformer for a special application. The transformer has been a design in service for over 10 years from the original manufacture date. Delcor also designs transformers which are High Cycle applications and High voltage applications to 15,000 volts. Transformers for Plasma Cutting machines are in production for an OEM we service.

Only Delcor can say yes we can do that. When you call the big boys with standard production lines, they can not be of service like Delcor. As we said, production assembly lines are not the way we do business. We do the specials and the off the wall. That is why we remain a leader in the business.

Custom size transformers for direct replacement of an existing unit or transformers with special bushing locations, air terminal chambers, or other special requirements pose no problems.
